ALL returns/exchanges must contact us within 14 days of original purchase date to receive a Prior Authorization number (PA####).
 
Wrong items purchased by customer
 
Return: Must be notified within 14 Days from date of purchase.
 
1) Customer is responsible for shipping charges on the return item. Customer will only receive store credit, minus original shipping fees.
 
2) Customer is responsible for shipping charges on the return item. Customer will receive refund only in the form of how it was originally paid for: minus original shipping fees and 20% restock fee.
 
Exchange: Must be notified within 14 Days from date of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping fees on the return item, as well as, any difference in price and shipping fees on the new item.
 
Wrong items shipped out by mistake
 
Return/ Exchange items: Must be notified within 14 Days from date of purchase.
 
Return for a full refund: Will receive full refund only in the form of how it was originally paid for, we cover shipping fees for the return of incorrect item.
 
Return for store credit: Will receive full refund in store credit, we cover shipping fees for the return of incorrect item.
 
Exchange for correct item: Will be shipped correct items and we will cover shipping fees for return items and correct items.
